в моем случае я решен вопрос удаления конфигурации папка Appcelerator Studio, в Mac OS является скрытой папкой в персональном профиле (~./Appcelerator). С наилучшими пожеланиями.

Для меня я столкнулся с той же проблемой, когда обновил Appcelerator CLI до 6.2.3 в mac os. Я сделал это, я вручную установил модуль spawn-sync для appcelerator. обратите внимание, что это не глобальная установка.
ie; Я пошел на трассу /Users/{username}/.appcelerator/install/6.2.3/package/ , затем выполнил команду npm install spawn-sync
Это решило мою проблему.
