Ошибка в Rs.MoveNext & Duplication записи

Question

У меня есть форма, которая позволит мне копировать записи из одной таблицы в другую с помощью кнопки. Я успешно создал запрос, который поможет мне скопировать записи.

Я решил изменить ID в свой собственный уникальный идентификатор. Тем не менее, моя запись продолжает дублировать, и я продолжаю получать Run Time Error 3071 на моем rs.MoveNext.

Куда я иду не так?
