Локализованные строки не распознаются в VS2015 Универсальный проект

Я пытаюсь преобразовать проект WP8 в Universal Apps. I'experiecing странная ошибка относительно LocalizedStrings.

Я использую многоязычный инструментарий приложений для управления переводами. Я обновился до последней версии (4.0), в которой говорится, что он поддерживает универсальные приложения.

Вещь это дает мне эту ошибку в App.xaml: Имя «LocalizedStrings» не существует в пространстве имен «using: StayfilmUniversalApp».

Проблема не имеет ничего общего с Locali zedStrings.

Я сдался, пытаясь исправить страницу и решил воссоздать ее с нуля. Сделав это, я узнал, что может быть ошибка VS и проявляется различная ошибка. потому что, когда я добавил DataTemplate (этот ниже) в HubSection, он дал мне эту ошибку во всем блоке DataTemplate: Невозможно добавить экземпляр типа «Windows.UI.Xaml.Setter» в коллекцию типа «Windows.UI. Xaml.SetterBaseCollection.
