Проблема заключается в дублировании https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8166474. К сожалению, мы не смогли исправить это, так как мы не можем воспроизвести его на нашем конце из-за отсутствия тестового примера. Если у вас есть случай проверки репортера, любезно поделитесь с нами, мы снова откроем эту проблему.
