решение для моей проблемы:

• Первое, что нужно сделать, чтобы получить MinGW и поставить его под C: \ MinGW.
• В C: \ MinGW \ bin должен быть gcc
• Запустить cmd.
• В импульс (deflaut C: \ boost_1_57_0) основная папка
• Установить путь с помощью команды: 'установить PATH = C: \ MinGW \ Bin;% PATH%'
