Для Python 3.4.3, Ubuntu 14.04, CUDA 8 и последняя версия OpenCV скачать с сайта OpenCV и выполните следующую команду:

Установите последнюю версию Intel MKL и проблема должна быть решена. У меня была старая версия на моей машине. В основном просто загрузите l_mkl_2017.0.098.tgz и введите sudo ./install.sh и следуйте за диалогом с соответствующими вариантами. Это простая установка.

На Ubuntu 12.04 машине, последняя версия MKL я скачал (l_mkl_2017.3.196) требуется Ubuntu 14.04, поэтому решение Моны сделал не работают в этом случае.

То, что сработало для меня добавление if в OpenCV-3.2.0/CMake/OpenCVFindMKL.cmake после строки 71:
