Я знаю, что поскольку столбцы DataGrid не являются частью визуального дерева, вы не можете привязать свойство видимости столбцов непосредственно к логическому свойству в вашей виртуальной машине. Вы должны сделать это по-другому. Ниже как я сделал это:

Как я могу видеть из кода предоставленных Вами, IsDetailsModeEnabled свойства является статическим. Для привязки к статическому собственности в этом случае, вы можете просто создать виртуальную машину в качестве статического ресурса, связываетесь с его статическим свойством и установить его окно DataContext позже:
