мне интересно, если MacOs работает что-то на этом порту, что я не могу видеть. Или если в моей конфигурации есть какой-то цикл, который пытается дважды подключиться к порту.
Я использую MacOS-Sierra

Независимо от того, что порт связан или нет, вы не можете связать его, если вы не являетесь пользователем root. –

Admin ist не root, вам нужно uid 0. Изнутри Eclipse нет необходимости запускать Tomcat с 443. –
