htmlunit jar отсутствует в пути к классам. Включите баны зависимых библиотек selenium-java-2.0a5.jar. Я уверен, что они, должно быть, были предоставлены в ZIP-каталоге, который вы загрузили

Вы, кажется, используете «HtmlUnit» в вашем проекте, и его банку не хватает в пути к классам. Добавьте его в свои свойства проекта, когда вы добавили селен.
