Я использую cmder на окнах 10, при открытии новой вкладки Баш, он бросает эту error.I искали на Google, и удалить Android SDK я скачал, но не works.Can кто-нибудь помочь мне с этим?

Попробуйте же GIT Баш в сеансе CMD где вы установите переменные окружения PATH минимального значение:

set PATH=C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\System32\Wbem 
set PATH=C:\path\to\Git\bin;C:\path\to\Git\cmd;C:\path\to\Git\usr\bin;%PATH% 

Затем введите bash и посмотреть, если ошибка не будет устранена.
Я тестировал его с помощью git version 2.11.0.windows.1 на Windows 10 (последние исправления). Он работает.
