Использование функций gcc/g ++ с функцией MinGW?

Я пытаюсь использовать функции gcc-инструмента с g ++-компилятором MinGW, но у i всегда возникали проблемы с компоновщиками. Можно ли использовать функции прибора с помощью MinGW/MSYS?
