Maven Build - Не удалось разрешить зависимости

Проблемы:
1. [из Eclipse, Run]: Maven-составитель-плагин отсутствует
2 . [из командной строки]: Не удалось найти com.microsoft.sqlserver: sqljdbc4: jar: 2.0

У меня есть проект maven, который pom.xml (частично) определяется как указано ниже, после просмотра проблемы, которую я вручную выполнил Dfile=sqljdbc4.jar -DgroupId=com.microsoft.sqlserver -DartifactId=sqljdbc4 -Dversion=4.0 -Dpackaging=jar в каталоге проекта, где определяется pom.xml, и результат пришел как BUILD SUCCESS. Однако, когда я запускаю maven build, я получаю ошибку [2]. и когда я пытаюсь запустить в eclipse, я получаю ошибку 1.

SQLServer банку файл должен быть добавлен в каталог Maven, как указано ниже,

Path : /Users/xxxxx/.m2/repository/com/microsoft/sqlserver/sqljdbc4/2.0 
File: sqljdbc4-2.0.jar
