rmagick gem не устанавливается на Windows

Я пытаюсь установить все окна рубинового иона для redmine. Everytime я получаю ниже исключения

RMagick является просто оболочкой для ImageMagick. extconf.rb проверяет наличие ImageMagick, запустив identify, что является одной из программ, предоставляемых ImageMagick. Это не находит, поэтому сообщение No such file or directory.

Вам необходимо установить ImageMagick и убедиться, что его исполняемые файлы находятся на вашем пути.
