Невнятный вопрос, вы видели, правильно ли этот путь: /bower_components/angulartics/dist/angulartics.min.js - Также есть bower_components в той же папке, что и ваш индекс? –
Путь верен, а папка «bower_components» находится в корне проекта. Мой index.html находится в папке «app» (корень проекта). Другие пакеты находятся на одном пути. – josekron
