Run sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 0E08A149DE57BFBE

Первый способ:

Попробуйте добавить отсутствующий ключ:

 sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 0E08A149DE57BFBE

Затем сделайте обновление:

 sudo apt-get update

Второй способ:

Если его бесполезная пакет, то попробуйте удалить из /etc/apt/sources.list и из этой папки:

cd /etc/apt/sources.list.d
