Ожидание ошибки отладчика в android

Question

Я только что создал образец Hello world через Eclips в Windows. Если я отладки приложения, эмулятор приостанавливает говоря ждет отладчик,

Недавно я обновлен до API 16 & 17.

Лучшее решение, чтобы получить свежие копия ADT от Google и запуск разработки, ее 399 МБ.
