Я пытаюсь написать Java класс, который может выполнить vagrant из командной строки:

Внутри каталога /ansible/solr у меня есть:

и каталог /home/ubuntu/ansible/solr четко существует. Когда я выполняю программу выше, я получаю:

Почему, что я получаю эту ошибку?

Согласно ProcessBuilder комментарии, вы должны отделить команду, и это аргументы:
