Вы сортировки столбца и изменение размера включено по умолчанию. Это означает, что весь список будет повторно отсортирован и изменен при каждом изменении одной строки. Очевидно, что это абсолютно убьет производительность, если список довольно длинный.

Решение выключить по умолчанию сортировка/изменение размера и использовать его только после того, как вновь заселять список:
