Question

Я написал

mvn -f pom.xml compile exec:java -Dexec.classpathScope=Compile-Dexec.main Class=storm.starter.WordCountTopology

Как ваш POM взгляд как? Вы должны включить Exec-плагин, так что ваш POM будет выглядеть как-то вроде этого:
