Вы можете использовать ассамблею Binding Перенаправление плагин либо перенаправить Microsoft.OData.Client@6.11.0.0 к Microsoft.OData.Client@6.13.0.0 или вы можете добавьте Microsoft.OData.Client в список сборок, чтобы игнорировать, если они не решены.
