Ошибка была исправлена! Я добавил в '~/.bashrc' код' ~/catkin_ws/devel/setup.bash'. Спасибо – hyperrjas

Просто запустите catkin_make вместо make:

$ catkin_make –-pkg chapter2_tutorials -j1 -l1
